FAQs for Public Shows

Is there an age limit for shows?

Shows with minimum ages listed in the description. Typically, our Themed Murder Mysteries shows are rated PG-13, and our other shows vary by topic.

Is there a dinner option?

Yes, choose from a delicious Steak to Bavarian pretzels. Save money by pre-ordering your meal selection through the ticketing site or choosing something from our menu. Pre-order dinners will have a small service charge (which includes your order being prioritized in front of other orders and a small tip for the servers).

I want to sit with my friends at a show, can I choose where to sit?

We use a seating map on Eventbrite to show which seats are available, and seats are sold individually. If you end up adding people to your group, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate seating transfer requests, but can't guarantee anything if the seats are already full.

I'm not very interactive, do I have to participate?

No, you can just enjoy the show. Since in some of our shows our actors will come around and sometimes touch your shoulder or sit at your table during a murder mystery show, please send us an email one day prior, so we can choose a section where there is less interaction. But also let us know in your email that your more the witness type vs the detective type so we can sit you accordingly.

What about your gift cards?

We have two types, one you can purchase on our home page (these are digital and they work with our third party online ticket site) or you can come in and get a physical gift card, but those only work on location (they do not work for ordering tickets online).

Do you serve cocktails or have a full bar?

Yes, we have a full service bar on site.

Is parking free?

Yes we have plenty of free parking.

Can you accommodate wheel chairs?

Yes we can :). Please note that seats 26-35 are on a platform and tables 31-35 high top tables

What can I bring in?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. You may bring in water and baby formula, but all other items are not allowed.

Do I have to dress up?

We highly recommend you do and would love it if you did, but of course if you don't want to, you don't have to.

What if I have a discount code?

You should be able to use it on our ticket site. If you have any problems, please let us know via phone call, email or in person before the show in case it's sold out.

Do you have a military discount?

We do in a sense. We donate tickets to Vettix which gives discounted tickets to Vets and First Responders. Please sign up with them at vettix.org
