Our room rate includes a 5-11pm time frame. After 11pm, you'll have an hour to clean the room.  Depending on the date, you might be able to book the whole day for an additional charge. 

Usually no, since Watson's has a catering option. Only if there are certain styles of food (ethnic) that our Chefs are not versed in, then you can bring in your own Caterer. There is an additional charge for this and due to liability reasons, your Caterer isn't allowed to use our kitchen. Please contact us for more specific information.

We do have DJs but you can bring in your own. Our room has surround sound and large speakers as an upgrade. We also have dance lighting. Outside DJs must have liability insurance and they must include Watson's as an additional insurer. 

We can fit up to 120 people .

Glitter and decorations under the size of a dime are not allowed. No outside alcohol, we have a full bar on site.  Only exception is if you bring your own wine or Champagne for the toast. Our bartenders must open the bottles and a corking fee will apply. 

With 8 different background images and custom borders, we can create a fantastic picture for you. Choose from color, black & white or sepia. You will receive a USB at the end of the night with all your pictures. Every one of your guests receives a photo too. 

Parking is free and plentiful.

Besides some wonderful food, you can rent the space, plus add some fun entertainment like: Improve Murder Mystery, Trivia, Game Show, Karaoke, Board Games or one of our boxed Mystery Games.
